Costa del Tweed

It did feel like we were already in Spain today. The High Street was buzzing with everyone out enjoying the hot sunshine.
Mr P and I spent the day finishing off our packing, changing beds, washing and ironing clothes and weeding/mowing the lawn.
We finally got a chance to relax in the very tidy garden late afternoon. Son no 2 and his partner came back from Edinburgh bearing gifts this evening. They’ve found themselves a lovely little flat in Trinity to rent. Mr P and I were also treated to a takeaway meal from the excellent Shukria.
We were supposed to set off for London today but decided to delay it until tomorrow as we just weren’t ready. Unfortunately it means that we have one day less with our family in Claygate.
