Third Stone from the Sun

A favourite by Jimi Hendrix came to mind as I thought of something appropriate to mark three years of blipping today. It's a bit late in the day as we're just back from Storrington where we spent rather too many hours at the gorgeous garden centre there and ended up ordering a little summer house!

Anyway, in Jimi Hendrix's lyrics he says he's "in orbit around the third planet from the star called the Sun, which is known to have some form of intelligent species". 

Although our world is in a bit of a confused spin at the moment and we do not seem to be behaving that intelligently at all, blip is the space I meet wonderful human beings, kind and smart, artistic and clever and full of common sense.

So thank you for this wonderful site, which I love, and to all of you wonderful blippers who make it happen.
