ROOTED TO THE SPOT

We visited Mount Grace Priory this afternoon for lunch and a turn around the gardens where I saw this tree, which has obviously been there a long time. I failed to notice what sort of tree it is and my bark identification skills are not quite up to the task, but I'm sure I'll be back there soon.

I had a long video chat with my sisters this evening which was lovely. It's a while since we've done that and there was lots to catch up on.
