Caerketton & Allermuir Hills

April meeting of our "2nd Saturday Strollers" walking-group today ...

... we undertook a route from Swanston Village (see 1st extra), up and over Caerketton Hill, along to Allermuir Hill, and then back down to Swanston.

Main snap shows the view looking over to the Pentland-ridge, taken from near the top of Caerketton; and the 2nd extra shows the view looking North, over Edinburgh and beyond to Fife.

The continuing, glorious weather made for a most enjoyable walk :-)
