Heron

At the shore where the river arrives in Loch Portree.
This morning our friend took myself, our son and 2 small grandchildren out in his boat across Loch Portree to Monk's Island then round to Portree harbour. We saw seals, gulls, oystercatchers and geese. We even went to our friend's mooring and all clambered on board his baby yacht. Altogether a great outing.
