The telephone wire is a little unsightly but you get what I saw, wire, colours and all - am still not really a fan of cloning stuff out ............ 

Still having painful issues with my right knee and my left heel - I suspect it would be easier if the injuries/pain were on the same leg - as it is, I don't have a good leg to stand on!!   :o))
