...Blip catchup 

15 April, and I'm way behind posting Blips. Will make an attempt to catch up over the next couple of days.

Into Holmfirth first thing with MrM, for breakfast at Beatties with John and Marina. As we left the ladies who run the café let us know that it's been sold, assuring us that the new owner is a very nice local person. We've known for a while that it was on the cards, but a bit sad all the same - a we've been going into the café since before we moved to this area.

MrM persuaded me to go home the steep way. Paused at the top of the steps to catch my breath and to take a photo looking across the valley.

Taken ages to get to sleep over the last few nights due to pain in my leg. No idea what's causing it, nor had my GP, but I decided to cut the statin down to alternate nights to see if that will improve matters. Docs appointment tomorrow...
