Busy Day

Much to Sam's annoyance we were up early this morning and out of the house by 08:00.
Breakfast in Cavendish's, (note to Falmouth cafe's & restaurants - the only establishment offering breakfast before 09:00) we arrived in Events Square at 09:30 to be kitted out in waterproofs and lifejackets before our two hour Orca Seafari. It certainly blew the cobwebs away and I believe we all enjoyed it, I saw parts of Cornwall I had not seen before and the elusive porpoises put in an appearance. Back on shore it was cream tea time before heading home to catch our breath.

I don't know about you but I always think that those two hours sleep in the armchair are amongst the most relaxing.

At 6:30 it was back down town to watch the carnival parade - very colourful - burritos from one of our new favourite 'fast food' outlets, Habaneros followed, eaten at The Front bar with a couple of pints and in the company of our good friends Graham and Sue.

A long and tiring day.
