He's Happy - Again!!

Those who know Joshua will know that he 'loves' the TV show Hawaii 5O so today when he had his photo taken outside 5O's 'Headquarters' he was overjoyed.
He, along with Samantha, was less enamoured with the rest of the 'Culture Vulture' morning. It was very hot but we spent the morning in Downtown Honolulu looking at The Judicial Building, The Coronation Stand, The Iolani Palace & Barracks, The State Capitol Building and anything else that looked interesting.
Next stop was Hilo Hatties for the obligatory Hawaiian shirt, I already have half a dozen so I was looking for something not quite so loud this time!!
We then made our way to the Waikiki area for lunch, the intention was to have 'Honolulu Hot Dogs' but the van wasn't in its place so we moved to the Outrigger Hotel where I was forced once again to eat shrimp, this time with chicken and seared tuna, very nice.
We then went onto the beach and walked round to the point in front of "The Dukes" statue known as Kewalos (Shark's Hole), claimed our piece of beach and settled down.
I hired a paddle board for three hours and Samantha, Joshua and Janet all paddled well, I paddled poorly, for a few seconds and then used it as a surf board for half an hour, but oh what fun we had.
After shopping in the "pocket money" shops we set of for dinner at the Diamond Head Market & Grill, another treat.
I am now on my customary stool at the kitchen diner drinking bottles of Longboard Lager for which I have acquired a taste.
