Answers to the name of "Spot" ?

I saw what I thought was a speck of dirt on the bathroom window sill, and was somewhat amazed to seeing it determinedly moving along. I think it is a baby Ladybird, but it's so small I really cannot be sure. I have included, for scale purposes, the end of a cotton bud alongside. It just happens to be the second most exciting thing to happen on a very wet day.
