Dwarf Rhododendron

Can't remember it flowering last year. at least not as abundantly as now.

The Anglian Water man came to assess our property for a water meter. As we are sharing a pipe with the neighbours they can only fit an internal meter just past the stopcock. Just before he left C had a brain wave and we tested whether the stopcock in the bathroom also controls the water in the kitchen. It didn't. No we can officially not get a meter. Hopefully they will adjust out water bill which included a penalty for not having a meter.
