Cattle May Safely Graze…..

…….. in the paddocks abutting the Taylor River Reserve. White Charolais beef cattle and, I think, brown Simmental beef cattle live in this large paddock. It was a dull cloudy morning with a chilly easterly breeze. And the weather stayed the same all day. Cold and rather miserable. Sadly the Omaka Air Show held here in Marlborough at Easter every two years has been cancelled. This is due to extremely adverse weather conditions predicted over the next few days and into Easter weekend. I am very sad because the Air Show has been a magnificent event over many years now and has put Marlborough on the map.
