Conor and Papa

Orla and I had our hair cut this morning, one more thing ticked off the "things to do before school starts" list. We went to Gran and Papa's in the afternoon. I had already decided to walk when I realised it was raining heavily, but we had wellies and raincoats and brollies so we walked down anyway. Orla wasn't happy about it, but I explained she needs to get used to it because we will be walking to and from school every day, unless there is a very good reason not to. It was a bit manic in Gran and Papa's because the twins were there and Auntie Katie and Uncle Scott came in with Ryan for a while. Poor Ryan is still suffering with teething. We walked home too, but the sun had come out so it was much more pleasant. While we were out Ed rearranged the furniture in the living room and dining room, it's a much better use of space downstairs now.

Conor is blowing raspberries almost constantly at the moment. He is also starting to outgrow some of the smaller 6-9 month clothes - the poppers won't do up around his huge thighs! He can sit up unaided for short periods of time and although he has demonstrated that he can roll over, he's not that keen on doing it.
