Down the lane

Started a walk down this lane - didn't get far though.

It was very windy today. I watched a Buzzard 'hovering' or rather stalled into the wind looking for afternoon tea. A youngster was calling repeatedly awaiting the meal. I never spotted the young Buzzard - I think it was hidden in trees though hard to be sure as there were so many Woodpigeons and Crows sitting quite happily.

later I did catch a distant view of a real Windhover.
