Chilled

Little Mimi was beginning to feel the strain before the break:
too many commitments to attend play dates, repeated trips to the playground, furniture increasingly difficult to break or dint, busy calendar of tantrums in supermarket aisles and a fascist Mum who reduced the afternoon nap time from 120 to 90 minutes, without the mandatory 30 days consultation period.

But after a week of freezing cold sea bath in the North Atlantic Ocean with her mates Eva and Sophia and her brother Luca, she looks all chilled and refreshed.

The beneficial effects of this July break will no doubt evaporate the minute she opens her inbox, with endless requests to attend kiddies birthday parties in activity centres or trips to the zoo...

It's tough, being a toddler...
