Mum to be...

My dad was taken to hospital early this morning. He spent most of the day being assessed, and ended up in the Frail Elderly Assessment Unit. At least he's safe. 

It might seem very unfeeling but I just couldn't cope with going to see him. I couldn't take anymore. I can't manage these continuing crisis situations.

I visited my aunt, just to let her what's going on. She's not too well either. 

This is Lizzie. The horse who resides in the field at the bottom of our garden. She's due to be a mum for the first time in about 5 weeks. She sometimes comes over to see us and accepts a carrot.
