A Spring Sign

The alder flies are here!  A rather clumsy fly but a real sign of Spring...

A busy day. We started off meeting friends for breakfast at Trentham. Then we walked around the gardens and part of the lake where I took the images of the Alder flies.

We then had lunch at the Greek restaurant. I wen to see dad and find out what was happening while my other half went to have his hair cut.

Apparently dads got hospital acquired pneumonia and they were treating him with delerium as well. He did seem a little better ,but couldn't piece together the sequence of events since he came into hospital in early March.

On our way home we had a brake light fixed on my other half's car. We were very glad to get home...
