In the pink

We left Edinburgh mid-morning and in spite of the satnav changing our route entirely arrived in Whitby late afternoon. 

In spite of the satnav we had a good run - we made a detour through the small town of Wooler and I spotted this deer posing for a Blip!

We found Sainsbury's and did a food shop before carrying on for a few miles to locate our cottage for the week in the strangely named village if Raw! Sounds like a good name for a limerick! A beautiful house with lovely views over the countryside and the sea in the distance - all we need now is some good weather!
