Mae'n rhy hawdd (i mi) colli synnwyr amser. Es i am dro bore 'ma mynd â pheiriant pwysedd gwaed at y Ganolfan Feddygol ar gyfer ail-raddnodi (neu beth bynnag triniaeth). Roedd y tywydd yn wlyb ac yn oer ond roeddwn i'n meddwl y basai syniad da i drwsio'r peiriant mor fuan â phosib. Well heddiw gŵyl y banc ac roedd y Ganolfan Feddygol ar gau. Felly roedd yn dipyn o daith wastraffus. Rydw i'n dyfalu bydd y lle ar gau dydd Llun hefyd. Felly rhaid i mi drio eto ddydd Mawrth. ... ond mae'n dda i ffeindio bod pobl y Ganolfan Feddygol yn cael diwrnod bant.

Gwnes i dipyn bach o siopa cyn cerdded adre.

Treuliais i'r diwrnod eistedd yn dawel yn delio gyda mwy o e-bostiai. Unwaith eto roedd diwrnod heb lawer o waith corfforol.

Ar fy nhaith cerdded heddiw, gwelais i'r goeden hon gyda llawer o deganau wedi'u gwau. Llawen iawn. Mae'n neis iawn i weld beth mae pobl yn gwneud i roi hapusrwydd i'w cymdogion.

It's too easy (for me) to lose track of time. I went for a walk this morning to take a blood pressure machine to the Medical Center for recalibration (or whatever treatment). The weather was wet and cold but I thought it would be a good idea to fix the machine as soon as possible. Well today is a bank holiday and the Medical Center was closed. So it was a bit of a wasted trip. I'm guessing the place will be closed on Monday too. So I have to try again on Tuesday. ... but it's good to find that the Medical Center people are having a day off.

I did a little shopping before walking home.

I spent the day sitting quietly dealing with more emails. Once again it was a day without much physical work.

On my walk today, I saw this tree with lots of knitted toys. Very jolly. It's very nice to see what people do to bring happiness to their neighbors.
