2nd breakfast...
...made by G — she’s growing up so fast! We brought some hot cross buns with us on our visit and she completely took charge of preparing them. There was a little too much butter on mine, but of course, I didn’t say anything.
For lunch, I made Korean kimchi pancakes using our homemade kimchi — absolutely delicious. Then for dinner, we had proper nachos with refried beans, pico de gallo & guacamole I’d made before our holiday and frozen. It defrosted beautifully and tasted perfect.
I've got a house full tomorrow, so I’ve already prepped all the veg!
