You're So Vain You Probably Think This Blip...

...is About You.

I was shooting a quartet of cormorants when the young lady came walking toward me. Then, she circled the park and walked away from me. 

There was NO WAY I was interested in taking her picture...until she raised her phone for a selfie. Now...THERE'S A PHOTO OP!

I got three pictures, but only two of them included the mailbox, which lead to this bad poem.

I'll give you my opinion...
I don't find it absurd.
I don't think she is snapping...

Q: After seeing the picture, what do you think is my favorite part? A: It's the left hand that comes up and frames the back of her head. So cute.

Unlike the young lady...for a variety of reasons...my next selfie will be my first.

For dinner tonight, we had the shortest commute ever. Our neighbor Tom had 7 of us over for appetizers, salad, and pasta He lives 2 doors down, so we got there in less than a minute.

For dessert, we had Lisa's famous Texas sheet cake.
