Am trying something out to raise the pots in the garden from ground level.

MisterWhisper tends to "lift his leg" against them at times and has managed to kill a couple of nice plants.  I've looked online for some staging, shelving, whatever but can't find anything that seems be what I want so I then thought about (self assembly) greenhouse shelving - not making it full height.    
What you see behind the pisky is my first attempt at trying it out with some older stuff we have lying around - I also found a few paving stones that fit perfectly on the top - the wire mesh shelfy bit is strong enough for seedlings and the like but not for heavy pots filled with compost and plants. 

It looks a little strange at the moment but, I think, if I paint all the poles and crosspieces either a dark green, black or deep red to match the greenhouse redhouse then this could do the job.     The most it will cost me is paint - oh and some time.

Am still hobbling and on the painkillers - right knee strapped up and left ankle strapped up - strangely, standing is fine, walking is not quite so fine but going up or down stairs or steps is horrendous.   My right knee won't take the weight  (note to self - lose weight then!!!!!!!!).   :o))
