Day 6
back blip #2
I caught this pair of Acorn woodpeckers nibbling on the suet in the log feeder. The female is on the top and the male is on the bottom. You can tell by the subtle difference in the location of the red caps. The extras are a pair of Black-headed grosbeaks, the female and the male.
I should have brought a sweatshirt with me because it was a cold and windy day. But the sun was shining, which is always nice. Getting ready to leave in a day or two.
