Rest in Peace Sprouts

Feeling very sad today. Sprouts went to the vet for the last timeĺ today. It was the right thing to do—he was in pain, and we didn’t want him to suffer any more. Still, it’s a hard thing to come to terms with.

The house feels quiet without him. He had a good few years with us—plenty of walks, beach trips, time in the forest, and no shortage of treats. He enjoyed being the only dog in the pack and made the most of his retirement.

We’ll miss him a lot.
