Baking Fun!

We have had a lovely day again today! I'm enjoying every second of quality time with my girl now, as I'm aware that its soon going to be gone! Now she is going to school I have less regrets than ever about not returning to my pre-Charlotte job.

We went to the hospital this morning for Charlottes blood test, which she again did with not a single tear! She had a bruise developing this time though so I hope we don't get any years about that later!

We then detoured on the way home to get lots of baking things in and we have spent most of the day in the kitchen. We have made marshmallow squares, chocolate rice crispy cakes, fairy cakes and not shown in the blip a banana loaf. I hope daddy is hungry when he comes home!

We have also made garlic and herb wedges and a Caesar salad to go with our gammon at dinner tonight. I think we might have a go at some bread later as well!

Tonight I am going to be sorting out our spare room ready for my nan coming down for the weekend next month. If I start now and do an hour whenever Charlotte has a bath (and that's a short bath for her!) then I will easily have it done by the time she arrives! And then I'm chilling out with my lovely husband!
