First day

Nice leisurely start to the holiday. Late up and then breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool.

Slow day in the sunshine and, to offset the effect of increased beer consumption, I did 50 lengths in the pool, straight off, no stopping. Ok, it's a small pool but still 1km. Not too bad for an oldie!!!

A couple more slow days to come. Apologies to all you who have to rise at the crack of dawn (or other crazy times) and work your cotton socks off!
