Dentist

This morning we spent a long time at the dentist, as R and I both had appointments with the hygienist. While I waited for her, I had a look round the area where the practice is located. It’s in amongst farm buildings but it did have a duck pond and house, though no ducks.
The hygienist experience was predictably unpleasant and reminded me why I had not been for a few years, but my teeth and gums are sound and a bit cleaner now.
Afterwards we went to the DLC, played padel, and then went to the gym.
