………………………….rose, the pre Easter flowers may have gone over but they’re not quite done!

A busy morning…over to Berwick to pick up the wee man and we weren’t home long before our visitors arrived, my niece and her two step grandchildren. The boys played fairly happily together whilst I enjoyed a cuppa and chat with my niece. We went down to the prom for some lunch before a play in the park. My sister had been dropped off to see Mum and when my niece went to pick her up I briefly had charge of all 3 kids in the park…a two year old with no fear is a complete handful! The wee man was quite happy sharing his toys but not quite so keen to share his Gran! We said our goodbyes mid afternoon and back home the two of us have had some quiet time. I’ve now to keep him awake until bedtime. It’s a lovely evening now but it was darned chilly on the seafront earlier, I’m hoping we get at least some of the warm weather predicted over the next few days.

I’m also hoping I don’t have any bedtime visitors tonight, a spider dropped in to say hello last night…I managed to drop it as I was trying to get rid of it and it scurried under the bed!!
