Neighbours
I'm quite fascinated by how well the gulls and jackdaws tolerate each other - even seem to get on well, when you see them flocking together. Good neighbours.
Had a decent work day, although I'd have much rather been out enjoying the beautiful day. I ate my lunch in the back garden (because they were finishing the fence in the front), and Tim joined me out there. It was so hot! We sat in the summer house for a few minutes, too (cooler) and gazed out at the sea. Bliss. Hard to go back to work after that! But I did.
After work, I packed up all the bits and pieces from our small bathroom, and took the cabinet off the wall, ready for it all to be stripped out tomorrow. Tim cooked us a delicious dinner of tomatoey herb crusted basa fillets and baked potatoes - and then I took the towel rail down, too. And snapped these birds out of the window.
