Endless

Today has been pretty long, and rather challenging. Little Man has been an absolute handful all day. We've had two rinse downs and a bath, not to add that there's been at least four outfit changes. The washing machine has been running almost all day, due to the need to change the sofa covers, due to a number of chocolate stains. Little Man has needed more supervision than normal due to him wanting to go upstairs, several times, to lay on my bed. He's fine with the stairs but I do tend to want to make sure he's okay. There's also been a lot more calls of "mama, help" than normal, and often, it's just a case of wanting attention. Little Man often will say it when I've just sat down or moved to a different room to do something.

I'm sharing this because I know that being a single parent isn't easy and I want people to be aware of it. Little Man is a very easy child most of the time, but he has his moments, just like the rest of us.
