Dining al fresco

Paige works evenings, and many old friends away on vacation, that has made for some very quiet dinners.

This one was delicious, I must say. A selection of two French and two Quebec cheeses, a nice baguette and a glass of good red - OK, two - some fresh-from-the garden tomatoes with basil and the Globe cryptic crossword to keep me company. I stayed in the garden until it was too dark to read.
