Sawdust Art Festival at Laguna Beach
My daughter, Dede, and I stopped at Crescent Bay Park to overlook the cove this afternoon on our way into Laguna Beach. This weekend the waves in the Pacific were extremely big and that was still true this evening.
Then we went to dinner at Laguna Village just above the water and finally on to an evening at the Sawdust Art Festival to enjoy the musical entertainment by "The Girls," even more than all the fabulous art.
We saw the Scott Moore booth, the water wheel, and then lots of wonderful music by "The Girls," who were playing near the large waterfalls--so lovely. One of the local artists is a violinist and he joined in and added immensely to the music. It was fully daylight when we began watching and listening to the music . . . then darkness eradicated the light.
It's now almost midnight here on the West Coast of the USA. So I may edit this journal page tomorrow, but for now. We'll say good night.
