Sweet Pea

About half a mile from our house, there is a house which used to have a tin roof. It shone silver in the sun. The elderly gentleman (now sadly deceased) was born in that house and he was always in the garden even though he was over 90. We waved as we passed with the dog and at this time of year he would have a small bunch of these sweet peas for me when I was returning. There is now a more modern roof and I recently asked his wife if it was warmer.
"No" she said, "But the noise when it rains is much worse". The sweet peas were lovely today George said these were the wild ones . There is also another buff tailed bee. Now I have seen one they seem to be everywhere.
