Nothing pink about this light

I just love it when the lights like this - sunshine lighting up the stonework and that deep blue-grey of the sky beyond. If we hadn't decided that we'd have a Chinese takeaway tonight I'd have missed it. I did stop to take some photos in one of the field gateways as I drove up the lane but I prefer this.

I've planted salad seeds today in the garden bed I cleared yesterday - hopefully the warm temperatures and rain will get them off to a good start.
