Cocky Damage

We have a lot of sulphur crested cockatoos living in this area.

For some reason known only to them, they like to drop pine cones onto our deck. Maybe they even bring them over so they can gnaw at them in peace, quiet and stability on the deck paving. It sure gives an indication of how strong their beaks are when they get going.

I originally took this in colour, but the textures really appeal to me in mono in this instance.
