Last time together at The castle Inn

It's been 13 years since Mum took over as landlady of The Castle Inn (in St Ives).

Over the years we have had some cracking fun and the locals and staff have become friends and some of them almost like family!

Tonight was her official leaving do, although she will still be around over the next few days, a great number of locals popped in to have a drink with her and wish her well for the future.

Not only is she leaving the pub, but she is also moving to France next week to start the next chapter of her life.

Today's picture is the final shot of the family all together in The Castle...Me, Mum and my sister Heather.

As some have said, it will be the end of an era!
