Port Issac...Pah!!

Sorry about the back blip folks. Today's Blip foto is from Tuesday but things have been kind of hectic since then hence me only posting this today.

Jules and I finally got to do letter 'P' on our A - Z tour of Cornwall. We managed to get the day off together and decided to head up to Port Issac (home of Doc Martin) for a day out. On route I did some research on the village and places to eat, but when we got there we couldn't find anywhere to park :(

Disappointed, we finally decided to head over to Padstow. On arriving there we found that all the car parks there were full too. Now i know why we haven't blipped much over the summer! We finally found a space at the top of town at the park and ride and caught the bus into the centre.

We were starving after all that driving around, so after a quick wander around the harbour, we found our way to a pub called The Shipwrights. The burgers we ordered, quickly disappeared!! They were bloody ansum!

After lunch we had a wander around the shops and harbour before Jules found himself an ice cream on our way back to the bus.

We were considering doing a few different 'P' places as there are so many lovely ones to visit. Our friend Molly the gorgeous collie has been visiting loads of different P's this year, so we are going to have a look at some of the places they have been for some inspiration. Watch this space....
