Milia and Aunty KP

This is KP and Tim's 6-week-old puppy. They named her Milia, meaning calm in Hawaiian. Mum and dad are understandably hesitant to get close as the last two dogs my sister 'adopted' ended up living at my parents in Welcome Bay. This time we are assured that this dog will remain with Aunty KP.

Milia does have very cute eyes and was gentle with the kids. Koa and Milia seemed to enjoy each other's company.

KP, Tim and Milia headed off in the morning. Kristin walked the trio and myself to a local playgroup and we waved goodbye. I just love having her around to help out and have fun with the kids. Oscar, Bailee and Maple enjoyed the play group. They had a good time playing outside in the sand and riding bikes down the hill. They also made a duck face out of yellow card and a paper plate. Bailee has grown quite attached!
