Shades of Autumn

I was going to do a foody blip today; it has been a mostly dull and drizzly day so I did some baking this morning - Oreo brownies and peanut butter squares. Marinated some chicken and we had chilli ginger chicken and couscous with pomegranate and tomato salad. It all looked very colourful.
The montbretia in the garden won though, I love this plant, it flowers when everything else in the garden is getting past its best and brightens up an autumn garden.
