Man tries to make technology come to life

Went out to Deb's house tonight for her retirement barbeque. It was a really nice evening catching up with people -some of whom I've not seen for ages- and far too much food followed by far too much tiramisu, massive carrot cake, and key lime pie.
I felt quite fat by the end.

Catching up, I didn't actually get round to taking many photos so this is Steve trying to turn his camera on while we were sitting in the 'laboratory' gazebo sheltering from the rain -if Deb's been in pathology for 900 years then Steve must have been there for 800 so it must be his retirement do next!
He did manage to turn it on in the end.
