Wild Flower Sky

Managed to avoid the heavy rain today more by luck than judgement and decided to go for a walk this evening once it had cleared up a bit. Now why did I decide to walk through a field waist high with grasses and wild flowers? I'd forgotten it would still be soaking wet from all that rain and within minutes my boots and jeans were saturated. I had to walk for about an hour by the river just in order to dry out!

Took several pictures in the fading light and decided on this one, as these plants look so statuesque against the sky. Hope it brightens up a bit tomorrow:-)
