Now we have everything

Mellow yellow

I couldn't resist playing with this picture as Dylan and Charlie were both rocking yellow tshirts today.

Kelly came over at lunchtime as part of our plan to do a spot of shopping in town before meeting Katrina at Burghley road. We were going to the Jolly Babies, the venue last visited during Fingergate .

After visiting a few shops, however, it was clear Dylan was feeling a bit rubbish coupled with being hungry for food and milk so we stopped to feed them both (thankyou Ella's Kitchen pouches!) I had a sachet of Calpol for the D man too, which was gratefully received by him and Kelly!

Katrina rang and was just round the corner so came and found us. Kelly and I were both not feeling the play group so we headed home via Morrisons. Thirty minutes later the magic purple potion had worked its charm so when we got near mine they both came in to play.

Charlie was getting tired and to my amusement every time he does he becomes sensitive to loud noises. This is funny because he's usually the source of all loud noises! Dylan is incredibly vocal and before this picture was taken Dylan let out one of his high pitch screams and made Charlie cry! He stops as quickly as he starts which is a good job as I'm not much of a comfort when I'm smiling so much ;)

Before we knew it, it was tea time so I defrosted the boys some stew and we got them in the high chair/ Bumbo. Charlie polished his off plus dessert but Dylan is definitely more of a BLW convert who likes to feed himself. He had half then stuck to the rice crackers. It was lovely sharing a mealtime (again!) Not long after Dan, Dylan's dad came to pick them up. I've not seen him for ages; the poor guy had been in quite a bad bicycle accident and apparently was feeling very sore today. He went over a car bonnet in the incident. Not sure I could ever cycle around London (beyond a Boris Bike). It's scary enough in a car!
