Looking dapper
Phew, a busy one today! Charlie woke at 6:45am (thankyou for the lie-in little man!) so we left daddy snoring and went downstairs. I'd heard Hannah get up with George but they'd already left the house (!!) by the time we came down. Apparently Hannah had gone out to the village shop to get bread and bacon before it all sold out (more exclamation points!!!)
Thankfully Hannah beat the biddies and once everyone else was up Mark made amazing bacon sarnies. Mm!
We decided to head over to Xscape to play the much lauded 4d golf and it was actually pretty good! I can also tell I've been ruined by London as I was almost grateful to be paying only £3.50 each to play. They gave us 3D glasses which were impossible to keep on as the carpet, club, ball, green and scenery in the indoor course was popping out all over the place.
Charlie was so over it though. He was in the Connecta on Rob's back (our first back carry) and fell asleep before the 2nd hole.
He woke up in time for a Nandos then we all had to say goodbye for our various journeys home. Before we hit the motorway though We had to make a quick stop to the outlet village to pick up a few bits, including a winter coat for Charlie for later this year. It looks massive, I can't believe it'll fit him in just a few months time!
