The naive baker gets better

Today I had another go at baking baguettes, and the results were so much better.

The last two times I made them the just spread out wide but not up, but I soon realised it was my technique in rolling out than and shaping that was the issue. So I turned to interweb to sort it out and the results are so much better, they looked and tasted fab.

Also made burgers again today and they were rather yummy, and this time I wrote down the ingredients I used so I can make and improve on them next time. Other than that not much else has happened today, so roll on next weekend.
