Woody wood wood

Lazy holiday morning with breakfast on the balcony. Was so lovely. A visit into Oban for a wander, not a great town but ok for supplies.

We wanted to have a fire tonight, went to 4 different places to pick up fïre wood but nobody had any. someone suggested we forage our own and that is what we did! We went to two beaches and picked up loads of drift wood for the fire tonight. afterwards we went to the local pub for a few drinks - local as in two doors down!

We got talking with the locals and one of the chaps gave us lots of firewood for free! How nice.

Then came the fire. We started out on the balcony and after an hour we were smoked out, Sore eyes and not much of a fire! We tried to start it inside and then the fire alarm went off! Not great. Will try to find some logs that are not going to smoke us out!
