Up in the mountains!

We left Glasgow area after a hearty breakfast (including porrige)and arrived in Fort William about mid day. We went straight to the Nevis Activity Centre and went up in the gondola! we then had a hearty scotch broth in the resaurant at the top and came down again. The pictures are not brilliant (even with - 'through glass' setting) as the glass was in fact rather scuffed perspex.
The boys then did high wires which scared the pants of me at my current level of (non)fitness and I therefore 'wussed out' of.
We booked in at the Corran Bunkhouse for two nights - a family room which was lovely - and I thoroughly recommend it! We had good chats with Dutch and Italian visitors. We went into Fort William for a pint in the 'The Grog and Gruel' a totally brill find. We then returned to the bunkhouse and went accross on the Corran ferry for our supper at the pub. It was full so we came back again and had supper at a pub/bunkhouse nearby where we saw several people we had seen earlier! Averagely shattered
