A Dog And His Boy . . .

Sweltering in the heat today, so we walked down the road to Hungry Hollow, where we found this young guy and his dog cooling down in Silver Creek. Hungry Hollow is an amazing nature trail that runs right through the heart of Georgetown, with sweet-smelling, almost-tropical, greenery; it's full of wildlife - and close to housing and main roads. Fortunately, it's in a protected floodplain or the developers would have razed it all years ago . . .
