40th Birthday Celebrations for the EUY

The European Union of Yoga celebrated 40 years of coming to Zinal for a week's yoga exchange for teachers. About 200 of us went up the mountain by telecabine to release celebratory balloons and have an appero offered by the Zinal Tourist Office. A few intrepid souls set off around the mountain on a walk that was longer than I expected and "exciting"! Now my knee is complaining loudly and I am wondering what will happen to it in yoga tomorrow!
