going going gone!

By the time you're seeing this, this piece of chocolate would have gone. I like to save a few of my syns every so often for a small piece of dark chocolate, yummy.
Been a busy day today, doing antenatal clinic and then onto slimming world, so needed an 'easy' blip'.
It was rather a boring photo, so played about with it in Picasa.
The choc was very yummy. And this week I lost a pound (total so far = 3 stone 1 pound).
