What's for supper?
Shrimp & grits. A classic dish in the American South. Originally, it was a breakfast dish, but became mainstream and now is served in many restaurants in the South for lunch and dinner also. It is shrimp sauteed with bacon, lemon juice, green onions, flat leaf parsley, and garlic. It is served over cheese grits. Another comfort food.
